Using Zurich Seguros ES whether in its app or web version (hereinafter both referred to interchangeably as the "App" or "Mi Zurich") is subject to the following terms and conditions of service and so it is important that you read them carefully. By accessing this App and using the materials contained in it you acknowledge that you have read and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.

Downloading and/or using the App is free although your telecom service provider’s rates may apply.

These materials may be amended, developed or updated without notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE "Mi Zurich" APP

You use the information in the "Mi Zurich" app at your own risk. Zurich disclaims any liability for any actions taken on the basis of the information and contents provided in it as well as for any misuse of the App or its malfunction, any security errors occurring as a result of using devices infected with computer viruses, malfunctioning of your browser, use of outdated versions of the App and any damages of any kind that may arise from telephone interference or faults, disconnections in the electronic system, the presence of computer viruses, malware or any other factor beyond Zurich’s control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Zurich has taken reasonable measures to prevent such incidents. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any opinions, advice, services or other information provided.

All information contained in this App prepared by Zurich is distributed on the understanding that the authors, publishers and distributors are rendering legal, accounting or other professional advice or opinions on specific facts or matters and accordingly Zurich accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the use thereof. Consult your own legal or tax adviser with respect to your personal situation.

PURPOSES OF "Mi Zurich"

Through this App Zurich enables its customers to access the Mi Zurich website where they will find information about their insurance in a single place. This documentation is provided for informational purposes only. If you find a mistake you can use the channel provided by Zurich to report it to us and have it corrected. You can also edit your personal data (phone number and email address) in "My details". The personal data supplied must be those of the policyholder, whether provided personally by the policyholder or by a person authorised by them.

Notifications will concern the registration process (activation, changing registration details, loss of password or login problems). In the event of an accident, you can send a statement that your vehicle was not involved in it via this site.

Likewise, from this site you can access the iDEA© system reporting owned by Tecnologías de la Información y Redes para las Entidades Aseguradoras, S.A., which enables you to submit an accident report subject to its terms and conditions of use.

HYPERLINKS

Zurich in Spain entities and their related parties, investees, affiliates and subsidiaries cannot warrant that the hyperlinks, pointers or other link functions on the App will be correct when accessed. The links contained in this App may lead you to other websites or pages operated by third parties over which Zurich in Spain entities have no control and access to them through this App likewise does not mean that their contents are endorsed or recommended by Zurich in Spain entities. Hyperlinks to these websites may not be provided without the prior written consent of Zurich in Spain entities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the graphic images, buttons, layout, texts and the rest of the content (whether concerning product information, advertising or other) of this App are the exclusive property of the owners of the products, marketers and insurers and/or their related parties, investees, affiliates and subsidiaries or are used with permission. They may not be used, reproduced, copied or distributed in whole or in part without the express written consent of the owners of the products, marketers and insurers or their related parties, investees, affiliates and subsidiaries. You may print copies of this document and view and use it on a computer or device solely for personal purposes. All rights reserved.

GEOLOCATION

Zurich uses the services of the provider of the geolocation data on your device. By connecting to the geolocation service you expressly agree to the use of your location data by the geolocation service provider (the controller for these data), including their transfer to third countries and their disclosure to Zurich in Spain entities for the sole purpose of enabling them to assist you in the event of an incident and provide you with information about nearby agents and repair garages.

Zurich disclaims any liability for the actions of the geolocation service provider.

SOFTWARE QUALITY

Zurich in Spain and/or its related parties, investees, affiliates and subsidiaries do not warrant that any information, software or other material accessible through their App is free of viruses or other harmful components which might damage or alter your computer system, electronic documents or files. Consequently, Zurich in Spain and/or its related parties, investees, affiliates and subsidiaries accept no liability for any damages that such components may cause to you or third parties.

FINGERPRINT

The app version of Mi Zurich allows you to sign in with a username and password or your fingerprint. When using your fingerprint on your device to sign in and access the App, you are using your device’s own systems and not Zurich’s. In no case does Zurich have access to your fingerprint and hence Zurich disclaims any liability for any actions in connection with your fingerprint.
